Forest Care Selection are currently support an innovative and national charitable provider of a variety of care and support services for individuals with a physical disability.

This provider has an opportunity for a Registered Manager to oversee their Good rated and specialist supported living service in the Urmston area.

The Registered Manager in Urmston will:
• Oversee the running of this established service and ensure its continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Supervision and development of an established staff team.
• Implement systems and procedures designed to achieve positive outcomes for individuals with a disability.
• Oversee the financial management of the service.
• Liaise effectively with all external stakeholders.

The Registered Manager in Urmston will need to have:
• Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent.
• Experience of budgetary management.
• Experience of leading care teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
