Forest Care Selection are currently working in partnership with a forward-thinking third sector provider of community based and residential care settings to adults with acquired brain injury, learning disabilities, complex physical disabilities, and individuals with autism.
This quality focused provider has a requirement for a Peripatetic Manager to work with the operations director on a variety of projects and development plans for their services in the North of England and Scotland.
The Peripatetic Manager duties will include:
• Develop and deliver continued plans for service development inline with the organisations aims and objectives.
• Support Service Managers in maintaining and improving quality requirements.
• Oversee projects allocated by the director and ensure their implementation.
• Manage organic and planned change within services.
The Peripatetic Manager will need:
• A thorough understanding of CQC regulations and statutory requirements.
• A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent
• Experience of leading and motivating care teams as well
• Experience of managing budgets and financial systems
• Effective organisational and time management skills.
• 5 years’ experience of managing Supported Living Services, Homecare Agencies and Housing legislation and regulations.
Successful candidates will enjoy a healthy salary of up to £50,000 per annum and a range of benefits including:
