Forest Care Selection is currently working in partnership with a national care provider that operates residential, supported living and specialist nursing services to adults with learning disabilities and individuals with Autism.
This quality-focused provider requires a Registered Manager for their specialist service based in the Whitby, North Yorkshire area.
The Registered Manager in Whitby, North Yorkshire will:
• Oversee a team delivering the highest standards of care to individuals with a learning disability.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team to provide the highest standards of Person-Centred care.
• Ensuring the service is fully compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the budget and financial management of the service.
• Market the service to a range of commissioners and referrers.
The Registered Manager in Whitby, North Yorkshire will need:
• A positive mindset and a passion for supporting individuals with a learning disability.
• A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent
• Experience in leading and motivating care and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in managing budgets and financial systems.
• Effective organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of legislation and statutory requirements.
