Forest Care Selection is currently working in partnership with a national care provider that operates residential and nursing care settings, for adults with acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities, complex physical disabilities, and individuals with Autism. This quality-focused provider requires a Registered Manager to oversee their Good rated residential service, based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
The Registered Manager in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire will be responsible for:
Overseeing a team to continue delivering the highest standards of care to individuals with mild to severe learning disabilities.
Leading an established care team to provide the highest standards of Person-Centred care.
Ensuring the service is fully compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Overseeing the budget and financial management of the service and working with commissioners and referrers to promote and further develop this unique service.
The Registered Manager in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire will need:
A solid track record of working at a senior level in a high-quality residential care service.
A minimum of Level 3 in Health and Social Care and be willing to gain a Level 5.
Experience in leading and motivating care teams, either at senior support worker, deputy or home manager level.
Experience of working within adults with mild to severe learning disabilities.
Effective organisational and time management skills
