Forest Care Selection is working in partnership with a regional care provider that operates specialist services for elderly clients with old age and Dementia. They have an exciting job opportunity for a Registered Manager (RN) to join their stunning nursing home based in Chepstow, Monmouthshire.
The Registered Manager (RN) in Chepstow, Monmouthshire will
•Oversee the running of an established specialist care and nursing home for Dementia.
•Take over the running of a compliant home and established staff team and ensure its continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
•Oversee a medium-sized care and nursing home with strong links to the community and established occupancy levels.
The Registered Manager (RN) in Chepstow, Monmouthshire will need
•Experience in overseeing care and nursing home settings or larger specialist mental health services and managing large care and nursing teams.
•A relevant leadership and management qualification Level Health and Social Care or equivalent and ideally be nurse qualified with a valid NMC pin.
•A good understanding of CQC regulations
