Forest Care Selection is working in partnership with an independent care provider, that operates residential services, for elderly clients with old age and dementia. They have an exciting new job opportunity for a Registered Manager, to manage their specialist residential service located in the Littlehampton, West Sussex area.

The Registered Manager based in Littlehampton, West Sussex will:
•Oversee and deliver exceptional care to all residents within the home.
•Lead the staffing team within the home, making sure they are fully engaged and that their training is kept up to date.
•Make sure the home is running smoothly and deal with any day-to-day issues that may arise.
•Develop the service to achieve a good rating with the CQC.
•Oversee the running of this established service.
•Implement systems and procedures designed to achieve positive outcomes for individuals with Dementia and complex mental health conditions.
•Oversee the financial management of the service.
•Liaise effectively with all external stakeholders.

Applicants wishing to apply for the Registered Manager position in Littlehampton, West Sussex, must have excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and have a clear passion for providing exceptional care to the residents.

Previous experience in managing a similar service with a strong understanding of supporting clients with Dementia and mental health conditions is essential. An NVQ Level 5 in health & social care is also required.
